Everything information technology was said to be!
Great, I got just what I wanted at a expert price shipped fast packed well. All good! This cd changer is a bit button pushing intensive to plan the cd titles and artists but I knew that as I have some other. Just it works every bit expected and seems to final well. There are units that hold many more cds just this one woks well and fits a smaller space.

A replacement for my onetime Technics CD changer
This previously own CD changer replaced my old one that stopped working. It is a new model with almost all the same features. Wanted to continue the same size since it fits perfectly into my space. All other units I looked at that agree the aforementioned corporeality of disks were larger.

Great units. Aged drive belt prone to failure
I have owned Technics SL-MCxx mega-changers for xv-20 years and I love them. I currently have three in my arrangement. The remote control is universal for all the SL-MCxx serial. If y'all take a proficient remote it should work with whatever model. The about common reason for these changers to fail is a very minor bulldoze belt on the mechanism that scans the discs. You'll get either an countless "Checking discs" or an "Error" message. The replacement belt is no longer available from Technics/Panasonic. I was able to substitute an O-ring with the following specs: 19.8 mm inner diameter x 24.half dozen mm outer diameter 10 2.four mm cross-section. I stretched and twisted the ring for virtually a minute to limber it upward earlier installing. The unit of measurement works flawlessly. I got the O-band from a Harbor Freight 397 piece set (Item # 67580) which had 14 of that particular size (#116 in the set). I picked upwards the O-ring ready for most $seven.l after a Harbor Freight coupon. I got the metric set because it has a smaller increment between ring sizes. Evrything one-time is new over again.
